Our ancestors were intimately connected to the cycles of nature, the stars, sun and moon.   We have lost our way as modern life sweeps us along in a hurried swirl of activity.

It doesn’t have be this way.

Join me for a revitalising weekend of deeply rejuvenating nervous system yoga, walks in native bush or beside exhilarating west coast beaches, time to soak in the spa pool or enjoy a massage as well as having no demands made on your time…

Reset your nervous system, calm your mind and restore your vibrant energy. Experience yourself as the peaceful, resourced, relaxed human that you truly are.

Retreats are a space to give back to yourself, and experience a magical shift from stress or disconnect to revitalisation.

Picture yourself stepping out of life’s routines for 2 glorious days, and arriving at a stunningly serene retreat centre set in mature native bush.

As you arrive you notice that all you can hear is birdsong and the sound of the river nearby. Your body and mind instantly feel calmer, and you feel your shoulders and jaw relax.

Imagine having this time to do nothing but focus on your own wellbeing…

Feedback from a previous retreat participant…

"Thank you so much for a wonderful… retreat.  I thought that the program, the variety and the yoga were all inspiring. The highlights for me were the environment and the slow mindful pace, which allowed some great sharing over yoga and beautifully prepared wholesome food"
